Food trucks are typically great or terrible, Mama Frans is great! Very friendly staff convinced me to try the Italian beef (roast beef) sandwich with fries. You definitely need to get it "wet" which has the au jus sauce already in it. The sweet peppers added a nice flavor. Fries were ok, not great. But the sandwich and friendly staff made it all good.

Stumbled on this food truck(trailer) which appears semi-permanently set up at the Hannibal Lowes. Wife and I were just traveling in the area and couldn’t find a fast food place that appealed to us. I got a Chicago Dog and my wife got the chicken tenders and fries. Everything was very good! Fran was very nice.

Tessa was amazing! She was so sweet and personable to my family. It was like we’d known her for years. We got chili cheese dogs, a hot dog and chili fries and they were all delicious! We will definitely be going back. Thank you for the great service Tessa!

If you want the best hot dog in Hannibal, head here. Especially Chicago style. True Vienna beef hotdogs!! You don’t find these just anywhere. 100% recommend.

We were able to try Momma Fran’s for the first time this afternoon and all we can say is wow! My wife ordered the Chicago dog and I thought we were going to have to go back to buy another one because the first one disappeared so quickly. I got the chili cheese fries and cheese sticks and both were phenomenal! I know it’s hot outside right now, but do not let that stop you from trying this amazing gem! We hope everyone supports Momma Fran’s as we know we will for sure be doing our part in frequenting her truck!! If you have not had a chance to try it this is my push to you to do it because I promise you will not regret it! Everything was hot and fresh, service with a smile even in this heat, and just down right delicious food!!

I as a Chicago native have lived in Hannibal Missouri for the past 10 plus years. As allot of relocating Chicagoans will state, one of the things I missed the most was the Chicago Style Food, which I have searched for since moving out here. I'm happy to share that search has come to an end thanks to Mama Frans. If your craving authentic Chicago Style Food Mama Frans has got you covered. From Beefs (dipped or dry) to Gyros to Chicago Dogs, they got it all. Def recommend 10/10
